New Visa Application Mode Introdused by the United Kingdom to Nigerians

On Wednesday the United Kingdom announced that their is now an online platform for all Nigerian applicants for visa into the European countries.

The new system requires Nigerians to make payments online using the United Kingdom currency. Payments can be made via these means; a Verve debit card, Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards or the e-wallet PAGA.

This ew system will take full effect from 16th December, 2013.

Rob Fitzpatrick, Press and Public Affairs Officer Nigeria based British embassy said that, “the online platform is consistent with a wider global trend to online transactions and payments”.

Everyone is encourage to use this online platform, even if you are not accustomed to online payment, you have to learn to do make use of this means.
