Well-known Korean technology giant Samsung Electronics unveils their new galaxy gear, which is a wearable wrist watch and a 4G Note 3 smartphone.
Samsung Electronics Marketing manager said in his speech yesterday that “We will be launching Note 3 and Gear in 149 countries on September 25. In the US and Japan we will launch it in October”.
The Note 3 smartphone is said to have a slightly bigger screen but its lighter, slimmer and more powerful compared to previous versions.
Samsung Electronics’ CEO and President of IT and Mobile Division, JK Shin said, “Samsung Galaxy Note 3 delivers a larger and better screen for the best viewing experience and more powerful multitasking, and introduces significant S Pen improvements”.
Also Shin added that “Both the Note 3 and Gear complement each other”.
Galaxy Note 3 will come in three different colors, White, Black and Pink. It also has a 13 megapixel camera and its internal storage ranges from 32GB to 64GB with space for micro SD card for additional storage.
The Gear Smartwatch can track your health status, your food intake, heartbeat rate and calorie intake with the use of the apps devised for the watch.
