National Youth Economic Summit, a programmed designed for youths and Nigerian students has been announced. According to the organisers, it is a programme “designed to be an annual gathering of students and youths, possessing unique leadership & entrepreneurship qualities/potentials evident in their various schools, establishments and/or local environment to share information, explore resources, network and receive training from highly experienced & inspiring resource persons in various works of life. The program will take the form of the Nigerian Economic Summit and will be done in a single hall filled to capacity where topical issues will be addressed, while feedbacks and questions will be entertained after each speaker’s presentation. This will be a highly interactive session and submissions will be made to the Presidency via the Ministry of Youth Development.
The theme for this year’s Summit is,
“Positioning the youth for sustainable development in an emerging economy”
