Nigeria’s most innovative and fastest growing telecommunications operator, Etisalat has moved decisively to bring her exciting telecommunications services closer to the doorsteps of her customers with the opening of 35 additional mini experience centres located within Total Service Stations across Nigeria. This follows on the heels of the first set of 45 etisalat launched earlier this year.
According to Director, Retails Sales at Etisalat Nigeria, Charles Ogunwuyi, “Following the sign-off of the agreement between Etisalat Nigeria and Total Nigeria Plc to establish mini Etisalat Experience Centres within Total Service Stations in May 18, 2012, we have now successfully deployed 80 mini centres nationwide at Total Service Stations across Nigeria.” Ogunwuyi further stated that “the mini experience centres offer the same universe of products and services as offered in our conventional experience centres,” adding that “these 35 new outlets brings the total number of operational Etisalat customer touch points across the country to a total of 185. The mini centres, like the conventional experience centres, have extremely well trained and courteous advisors. In addition, the centres are well equipped to meet the telecommunication needs of our subscribers in locations close to their homes or offices.
